Annual Subscription Refunds
Full Refund Window
Subscribers may request a full refund within 24 hours of the original payment. No explanation is required, although feedback is always appreciated to help improve our services.
After 24 Hours
Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour window are not eligible for approval.
Account Closure
Once a refund has been processed, your subscription, account access, premium features, and any associated benefits will be permanently terminated.
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Access to services and content will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Plan Downgrades
If you switch to a lower-tier subscription plan, the updated pricing and features will apply from the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for unused portions of an existing subscription period.

- We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases involving abuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Promotional, discounted, sponsored, or enterprise subscription packages may be subject to separate refund conditions where explicitly stated.
